Trauma has to be given recognition. Although it can never be 'normalized', it can be validated and carefully guided so that the fear and anger can be transformed from something that defines you to simply a chapter of your life's story.
My focus is to help people embrace their challenges, validate them and learn to put them in a compartment of normalcy so that they can emerge from their past trauma and learn to thrive again. I guide the process at the pace and level acceptable and comfortable for each patient, pulling from a variety of modalities. Every person has a unique situation encompassing mental, financial, psychological and emotional challenges, all of which I manage individually.
I hold the space for each person to rewrite their life's narrative according to who they are and what they want. I will never disrupt the process via judgement, agenda, or a pre-ordained treatment approach. Together, we will find the path back to self awareness, strength, resiliency and evolution. I believe that we must all be willing to embrace failures and reframe our trauma as a way to reroute our journey. Failure only comes when the patient refuses the possibility.
